1. 1 to 3 Months Baby:

2. 4 to 6 Months Baby:

3. 6 to 9 Month:
If your 6-8 month old baby is just
starting solid foods, you will probably only manage to have baby eat 1/2 of the
tablespoon sized portion the very first times you begin solids. If you are
using a Baby Led Weaning approach, your baby may only manage to get a few
pieces of food into his or her mouth.
4. 10 to 12 Month:
Your 10-12 Month old baby has found a
few foods that are truly favorite foods. Your baby’s refusal to eat even
favorite foods may be attributed to many things. These year baby can eat fruit
like banana, avocado, apple, papaya. Some of the cereals and grains and veggies
can eat them such as wheat, sweet potato, carrots, barley, pumpkin etc.
5. After 1 year:
After one year the child should be
started on variety of foods so that it develops tastes. Cow or Buffalo's milk
can be given along with seasonal fruits and vegetables. Milk give per glass 2-3
times a day. Seasonal fruits should be given. Avoid peeling the fruit’s skin.

6. After 2 year:
After 2 years, give the time-to-time food is

soup, mixed veg soup etc.
7. After 3 year:
A 3-year-old child needs a balanced
amount of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and fats. In Indian style or
education system, most 3-year-old kids are sent to school.
Beginning school means physical as well
as mental exertion for the kids. This is because at this age, the kid gets into
a lot of physical and mental activities. The diet plan for 3
year old baby must be highly nutritional and lunch must be given its due
importance.
For
lunch, dal, paneer and seasonal vegetables like ladyfinger, cabbage, carrots
and peas must be served with chapatti. A small portion of salad is also
beneficial.
8. After 4 year:
A 4 year old needs approximately 1,200 to 1,400
calories daily to meet her nutritional needs and allow for adequate growth and
development.
Children this age need about 4 ounces of grains,
1 1/2 cups of vegetables, 1 cup of fruits, 2 1/2 cups of dairy and 3 ounces of
protein daily.
Cheese and crackers, fruit, yogurt, vegetable
sticks such as carrots, sweet peppers, broccoli or cauliflower, peanut butter
on whole-grain bread or crackers are examples of healthy snacks.
9. After 5 Year:
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day
for you and your child. Children who eat healthy well-balanced meals get the
daily nutritional needs to help keep their weight under control, maintain lower
blood-cholesterol levels.
