Green Tea and Ginger:

Green tea is best diet for weight loss. Boil 1 cup water and add green tea. Three main components in green tea that could help manage weight-caffeine, catechins and theanine. Drink green tea 2-3 times per day. The ginger added to green tea will help improve digestion and add a little flavor no sugar or milk in this tea.


Egg:
Eggs are also incredibly nutrient dense and it can help you get all the nutrients you need on a calorie restricted diet. Almost all the nutrients are found in the yolks. Boiled egg is good for everyone’s health.




Leafy Greens:
Leafy greens include kale, spinach, collards, swiss chards. Leafy greens are also incredibly nutritious and very high in all sorts of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.


Boiled Potatoes:

Fruit:
The carbohydrates in fruit do not have a huge impact on your blood sugar levels. Fruits can also supply a significant fiber to your diet, which will slow digestion and make you feel fuller. Fruits like blueberries, watermelon are also a good source of antioxidants, which can help lower your blood pressure and some cases work at the DNA level to weight loss.


Legumes:
Legumes, such as kidney, garbanzo, black, pinto and navy beans, are high in protein and fiber -- beneficial nutrients when you’re trying to shed pounds. Protein helps boost satiety and calorie expenditure, and fiber helps you feel full without the extra calories. Even though green beans are considered a vegetable and not a legume, they are still packed with fiber and contain just 44 calories per cup.

Ragi  is a very good  for iron, proteins, calcium and other minerals. It is also very rich in fiber and is a very good food for weight loss. It contains very less saturated fat. It is cool. It will help in controlling diabetes, cholesterol and blood pressure and is also known to help in digestion.


Lauki:
Lauki is a typically used as part of Aryuvedic medicine. lauki significantly lowered fasting glucose, total cholesterol and triglyceride. You make lauki juice the same way you juice any other fruit by chopping the lauki and putting it into a juicer. Some people add spices like ginger to enhance the taste.



Apple cider vinegar:
 It makes good that drinking apple cider vinegar before meals would help with weight loss. Apples are a good source of pectin and including pectin in your diet can make you feel fuller and more satisfied.
