Modern lifestyle and health



The 21st century is makes modern lifestyle for most of people. Due to the modern lifestyle, Junk food makes fashion of everything. Modern ladies are busy in jobs or career schedule. So, sufficient time is not taken to family or herself. In busy lifestyle, Most of the people are living outside at the home for related to work. Due to which the different problems are created related to health such as Acidity, backbone, stomach problems etc.
We take responsibility for our own health and well-being. Responsibility is of everyone to take care of our health. So, we are trying to share some information that “How we are take care of health in modern lifestyle”, “How to precautions for this”.
It is true that the modern lifestyle has dynamically changed the way we live and the way it has affected our health and fitness. With fast food restaurants on every corner, a fast paced lifestyle and marketing being done twenty-four hours a day to our kids. All this can be avoided if only we are more serious about our health habits. An early morning, a walk in the park or a workout at the local gym is not only a good way of maintaining fitness but also a good recreational and socializing activity such as yoga, pranayama, exercise. 



Impacts of Modern Lifestyle
 
The moment of parent offers a biscuit or sweet to comfort and quiet a child, but this is very bad for children’s health. Due to the calm, relieve depression a feeling sadness and emotional stress.
The problem comes when emotionally driven food habits take over from healthy eating and get result uncontrolled weight gains. Most of obesity rises because of over eating rather than lack of physical activity. When a child grows up overweight or obese it’s that much more difficult to keep the weight under control as an adult.
Children are not go outside and play anymore.  Usually they spend their free time playing for video games or computer games or watching television. People also typically drive everywhere rather than walk. Children take the school bus and are often driven to the bus stop itself.




Child's are likely to learn from TV that parents don’t want them to learn. TV can affect Child's health, behavior and family life in negative ways. It can be entertaining and educational. It can travel new worlds for kids, giving them a chance to travel the global, learn about different cultures. Shows with a proper social message can have a positive effect on Childs behavior. Programs with positive role models can good influence to make positive lifestyle changes.


Diseases are arises due to bad habits:
 
      1.      With fast food, calorie diet, high fructose, low fat or no fat causing high Carob intake.

      2 .      From the medical literature and observation we know that conditions like obesity, diabetes, heart diseases, Alzheimer’s depression and cancer are arises.

      3.      Coronary heart disease is a narrowing of the blood vessels that carry oxygen and blood to the heart. People who eat too much animal fat, especially saturated fat are at risk of coronary heart disease.

     4.       Blood pressure is a measure of blood produced by the heart as well as the condition of the arteries. When an individual has high blood pressure, stress and strain is being placed upon the heart to enable it to pump blood throughout the body. 

     5.      Foods that are high in sodium and saturated fats as well as a lack of adequate hydration in the diet can lead to high blood pressure.

    6.       We have to be more careful when we are over 40 years. Diabetes, respiratory infection, cardiovascular diseases and osteoporosis are some dangerous main problems are created.

     7.      Consumption of junk foods with irregular of meals may rise many health problems such as acidity, gastroenteritis etc. 

     8.      Children who eat more of the wrong types of foods are at higher risk for health conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease and cancer. 





Which Precautions are taken in unhealthy life?

            Unhealthy foods that are safe from harmful bacteria, viruses, parasites are vital for healthful eating. Safe means that the food poses little risk of food borne illness. 

Wash hands and surfaces often. Wash meats, fruits and vegetables properly, serve safely, when in any doubt, throw it out. 

Add most of vegetables and fruits to your dinner or lunch, Eat whole grains, proteins, use limited salt and sugar, use healthy oil. 

Avoid junk food such as pizza, burger, French fries and so on. Due to the junk food, poises risks are arise. 

Before cook, Wash the hands and start for cooking. Because some of the medicines are used in farming otherwise use Hand glues. 

Drink more water a day, Check up time-to-time from doctor, Walk everyday is very important in the morning.
