Health benefits of "Apricot"

3.  Apricot fruit is high on fiber content, it helps to reduce the bad cholesterol content in the body and your heart is protected. Also, it increases the good cholesterol. 

 

     4.  Dried apricots are a very good source of iron that is useful to fight anemia. Including dried apricots in your daily diet helps in hemoglobin production that can be useful for women who experience heavy flow during periods.
