Basic health care tips for rainy season



1.      Keep the items like Umbrella, rain coat when you are going outside the home.


2.      In rainy season, having balanced diet because the process of digestion during monsoon is slow than other seasons so you have to eat less as well as at the time when you feel hungry. 


3.      Most of the times use soap free cleansers and a good scrub so as to keep your skin moist all the time.


4.    Wash all fruits and vegetables particularly leafy vegetables and cauliflower which not only contain larvae and worms, but also collect dirt from the streets.


5.      Try to avoid walking through rainy water. It can lead to numerous fungal diseases of the feet and heels.


6.      Away from mosquitoes during monsoon is really important because dirty water is the most common place of mosquitoes breeding. Drain out coolers which you do not use, use mosquito nets as well as creams.  


7.      Always wash your face, hands and feet as soon as you reach your home with lukewarm water. This makes you feel refreshed and stay healthy.


8.       Exercise is an important part of your monsoon health and its very look at different option to regulate the exercise to stay active, fit and healthy. There are multiple exercise options you can try.


9.      Avoid colds and coughs by keeping your body moderately hot and dry.


10. Avoid going in sudden temperature change. Whenever you come back to home and don’t go immediately inside the AC room. Sudden temperature change may cause of cold and cough. Same as while you are sweating, do not take bath, take 5-10 minutes rest then go and take bath.
